Why Kadeo
Problems hiding in plain sight
Most businesses are leaking money and time somewhere they've stopped looking. I find it with your own numbers, then I fix it, or I know a guy who can.
Spot it
Using your own metrics, I find hidden waste, wrong decisions about to happen, and staff doing work that should be automated.
Fix it
I implement it myself, guide your team through it, or bring in the right specialist. No report left gathering dust.
I know a guy!
A little black book of trusted specialist partners. If I can't solve it, I know someone who can.
Came up through the ranks
Developer, then CTO, then through an acquisition and integration. I can talk shop with your team and numbers with your board. Been at it since dial‑up.
When Kadeo found a solution to a $120K friction point in our first meeting, I then knew how!
